John S Idaho Falls , ID November 11, 2023 Appliance: Frigidaire Laundry, Washer, Front-Load FFFW5000QW0 The washer boot was moldy and smelled from not leaving the door open when finished.. Removed the outer spring and pulled the boot down to disengage the inner seal spring then cleaned the drum area with bleach and reinstalled in reverse. Then I ran a cycle of Affresh and the washing machine is like new.
