Would not start

Look online at your website put in my model number of my appliance your site offered different solutions to fix the problem I ordered the part that your site suggested was most likely the problem the part came within 2 days I installed it and the freezer is working like new. Have a up right freezer and digital control panel wasnt working only the light no motor or nothing working was going to junk it than read reviews on your web site about it glad

Freezer's light was not working two red error lights on panel freezer ended up no longer keeping cold

We were thrilled that ordering the User Control Board fixed all of our problems in all of 3 minutes (that included opening the box and packaging.) After prying the old one off and popping in the new one, our freezer was as good as new! Very satisfied with our purchase and the ease of replacement.

Flashing control light and intermittent interior light intermittent total shutdown

Replaced the control board in the door. It took about 45 seconds. The freezer started working like normal as soon as it was reconnected to the electrical outlet.

The control board on my frigidaire upright freezer quit working

At 6:00pm on the14th of Jan. I got on line to Appliance Parts Pro found the part I needed ordered it, at 11:00 am on the15th the Fed-X man delivered the part. Changing the control is easy just pop out the old one and plug in the new one. I an getting good at it seeing as I've had to do it before. This the second time in five years.

My freezer control panel in the door was not functioning properly

I ordered a new one and replaced the control panel. It took longer to unpack the control panel than to replace it. Using a fingernail I removed the old one and put the new one in place. It took less than 30 seconds.

Our freezer quit running would not keep food frozen

We went to the warranty book and online and problem searched, then we ordered a control board from Appliance Parts Pros .com and had our part in one day put it in and it problem solved. This was not the first time we ordered from them always fast excellent service.
