The Auger in the Ice Container would turn just a little and 2 or 3 whole cubes would fall. Replacing the Ice Container unit as a whole was the quickest way to solve the problem, which it did with no problem. I just slid the old one out and after adjusting the auger, so the drive was lined up, slid the new one in. On a side note, after removing the old unit and looking at it closely. I found two of the rotating crusher blades were bent and catching on one of the fixed blades, locking the auger down. I am not sure how they got bent, but just something for you to check. The dispenser is working great now both crushed and cubed ice.
