I read the paper that come with the water valve carefully and soon determined the fill tube was frozen. removed it and cleared the ice and reinstalled. After the ice dumped I tried my dispenser with my new ice bucket. when the auger would engage as soon as it met resistance it would stop. I got online with the ladies and explained my dilema. Once I got the link to the drive motor/gearbox I watched the install video and there it was my fork on the gearbox shaft was not tight enough. Tightened the new nut which wasn't an opposite thread because the nut I removed wasn't either, but anyway it's fixed I'm happy. I could not have done it without the help from your tutorial videos, and the helpful ladies in the chat room. Thanks for helping me figure out just how stupid I can be, but in the end rise to be the ultimate weekend warrior.
