I have previously replaced two of the three door interlock switches and realized the wear on the 'latch' and 'latch hook' were making the switches burn out by not letting them open/close fully (we use our microwave a lot). I ordered these two parts, replaced them, and problem solved. The latch hook is relatively easy to replace, although moving it around the wires getting it in and out is somewhat tedious. Take pictures of all the connectors before you unplug them. Removing the bottom switch actuator from the old latch hook meant breaking the plastic clip holding it in place. There may be a way to avoid breaking it but since the old latch hook is likely unusable, I wasn't that concerned. The latch was another problem due to the lack of information available on how to remove the bezel on the inside of the door. After some careful prying around the edges it popped out. Then the inner frame had to be removed to gain access to the latch. This required overcoming multiple clips, posts and a couple of screws to release this frame/window. At this point the latch is easily replaced as was putting the door back together (don't forget the screws).
That was it.
