How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP3731407 / 316400601 Oven Bottom Panel

Installed a new Oven Bottom. 

Ordered a new one, son n law came over and replaced the old one with the new one. It was just remove 2 screws. 

It only took removing 2 screws and putting in a new panel. Very easy! 

Purchased replacement pan. 

I was an idiot and put foil on the bottom of the oven. Never had an oven like this. Tried different ways to get it off. Useless. Bought the replacement, it showed up the next day and it's back to being brand new again! Thank you. 

Replaced the lower pan. It was one solid piece with only 2 screws. 

It was pretty easy. I watched a video that showed exactly how to remove the old bottom & replace it with the part I ordered. My wife was so grateful we didn't have to buy a new stove! 

Ordered a new one replaced it 

Googled it & tried those remedies but, of course, the foil did not all come off. Ordered the replacement part. By the way, Appliance Parts Pros was the only company online that carried the exact replacement part. That I found anyway. The part was back-ordered, but I actually got it within two weeks. Replacement was pretty straight forward. Remove two screws. Taking out the old part was the hardest part of repair-lol-it lays flat, couldn’t get a hold of it, but after a minute we figured it out. Easy repair. 

I ordered the part using model # on Appliance Parts website. The installation was simple but ackward with the position you have to deal with in a oven. There was a video that demonstrates installation also making the fix easier.
