John K Pensacola , FL March 26, 2018 Broken inner glass pane and burnt foil on the drip pan The drip pan wa replaced easily. The steps are in other reviews. The glass was not a complicated job. I recommend having about 10 sq feet or more of table space available to diassemble the oven door on. I found the screws holding the hinges to the oven door assembly to be extra tight. They felt like they were going to strip using a traditional screwdriver. I used a 1/4" drive wratchet and phillips driver bits to apply enough downforce and turning force to prevent the fastener from stripping. Keep in mind that when you reassemble the hinges are the only pieces with designated left and right sides. You can tell by the hole with the machined threads. Read More... Val B Sebring , FL September 13, 2015 Ruined oven pan The foil oven protector literally melted to bottom of oven. I guess I should have read the 4 inch print on the protector that said not to use in bottom of oven... Anyway, I started googling replacements and found this website. I compared prices and ended up here. I ordered replacement Sunday before Labor Day and received it Thursday. Installed in five minutes! $100 dollar lesson learned! Very happy with product and service! Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Wrench Set

Randall M Fayetteville , GA December 19, 2014 Appliance: Model FGEF3032MFH Range lower interior pan burnt / coating delaminating We've used AppliancePartsPros in the past and find them to be extremely helpful and reliable. Accessing information regarding most brands and their component parts is simple especially due to the on-line drawings. Our range (Frigidaire FGEF3032MFH) had a visually discolored and burnt pan but was more apparent in the rear of the range. The range is only 3 weeks old. Once I pulled the old pan I found a different situation. The interior pan had burnt/discolored under extreme heat due to the element touching the pan caused by the lower base beneath the baking element had either warped or was installed warped on crowned. Since it is brand new it had to come from the factory as such. It could have burnt up the range and maybe my home. I called Electrolux and communicated the necesary repair and sent the drawing from AppliancePartsPros. It's obvious they did not review the simple drawing and sent me the wrong parts. Electrolux should use ApplancePartsPros in the future for parts and service. A factual opinion based actual and factual events. I highly recommend AppliancePartsPros for all your appliance parts needs especialy for the Do It Yourself (DIY) folks! Read More...
