How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP8038877 / 140229954072 Upper Rack Assembly (Dishwasher)

Replaced the upper dishrack assembly. 

We just transfered the silverware trays to the bottom rack. Upper rack was a snap after watching the video. Less than 15 min total time for both racks. 

I ordered the part, with a promise it would arrive by January 5th. It arrived on December 29th. I replaced the tray with ease and remounted the washer arm to the bottom of the slide out tray. Simple project, made easy by finding the right part. 

Ordered replacements from your company. Items received in a timely fashion. Viewed video which was very informative. Project completed quickly. 

Replaced the upper and lower racks on my 19 year-old Frigidaire dishwasher. They worked great. I didn't watch the video, but wished I had. It would have saved me a couple minutes of figuring out how to disassemble the upper rack. No tools needed

Ordered a new tray. However, I ordered the wrong one. Not the fault of AppliancePartsPros.com. It was my mistake. I chose the wrong model number for my dishwasher. Had to reorder the correct piece. The repair was extremely easy with the video provided on the website. The correct parts received were top quality. I am extremely impressed with Appliance Parts Pros! Service, Parts and ease of ordering. 

Replaced both baskets 

Ordered replacement dishracks top and bottom. My only hang-up was the rear portion of the top basket interfered with the hose assembly that is located on top of the dishwasher interior. I had to modify the original dishrack and did the replacement dishrack as well by removing material so it would move past the top hose assembly. Did not hurt the running of the appliance or the operation of dishrack. I did have to replace the hose assembly as a whole developed in the hose resulting in a water leak. It is all good.
