How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP8038877 / 140229954072 Upper Rack Assembly (Dishwasher)

I ordered a new top and bottom racks along with a new silverware container. 

Ordered replacement rack. and replaced old rack after watching how-to video. Took about 5 minutes to do. 

I ordered a top rack for my Frigidaire dishwasher and replaced it. Service was excellent and delivery came 3 days after the order was placed. I am very satisfied with Appliance Parts Pros and will refer them to family and friends. Thank you. 

Ordered part, received it the next day. Took my husband 10 minutes to switch out old one to new one. 

Ordered new top and bottom racks. 

I called Appliance Parts Pros and I got agent named Maggie. She was awesome. I told her the Make & Model of my Dishwasher and I look on line but was not sure I was looking at the correct part. So I called and she explained that it was the right # I needed. I did need both upper and lower rack. She ask if she could order it for me. I placed the order in the morning and to my surprise they were delivered at noon the next day. I'm almost 80 years old and I watched the video that was the web site where you order part. So I followed the video and within 30 minutes I had both new racks installed. Yeah! I was so proud of myself that I didn't have ask my family to help. Feels food to do it yourself. Thank you, thank you! 

Followed the tutorial. 

Bottom rack just slid in. Top rack, needed to remove the water arm. Instructions on the website walked us through it with ease. Then the new one slid in with out any problem. 

Very easy fix. Video was helpful in that it shared how to release the upper rack. 

This was an easy fix. I needed new upper and lower dish racks for my dishwasher. A whole lot less expensive than buying a whole new appliance and they came in about 2 days, which was a huge bonus!
