How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP8038877 / 140229954072 Upper Rack Assembly (Dishwasher)

Saw a video several years ago. Remember it and fixed it myself in about 45 minutes. It was easy. 

Call center recommended both upper and lower racks. They actually had the original, not knock off strainer racks for our very, very old Kenmore dishwasher. The call center people knew their stuff and instructed how to remove the spinner that held rack together. The job took only minutes because of the knowledge they have which is not just selling you a part. Hats off to Tina, Maggie and Samantha for outstanding customer service. I have been in sales for over 40 years and believe me, these girls knew their stuff. We will recommend highly this company to all our friends and will not hesitate to use them again.
