I searched for the part on the Appliance Parts Pro's website and discovered the part I needed. I also discovered a comment from someone who also had the same problem that I was having and how he fixed it. That was great because I was pretty much guessing as to what the problem might be. One I read their comment, I knew I was on the right track. The part came in and I managed to install it with ease in about 2-3 minutes!
