How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4303282 / WH13X10029 2 In 3 Out Water Valv

Replaced with new. 

After checking the other options for e22 code, I determined that I needed to replace the 2in3out fill valve assembly. After replacement, washer works fine. 

Ordered the part from AppliacePartsPros.com, it got here in two business days and installed it. Part was as described and works well. No more leaking. Took the opportunity to replace washer fill hoses. Saved hundreds of dollars on either repair or new washer. Thank you. 

Purchased 2 in 3 water valve 

Checked the water inlet solenoids with a digital meter. Both on the cold side were open which I found strange but the replacement part I ordered here went on quickly and resolved the issue. Super fast shipping was the primary reason I ordered from ApplianceParts Pros. 

Installed a new one 

Firstly i did not even know how to use the machine so I had to ask my wife what is supposed to happen when you depress the appropriate buttons. After explaining to me that during the was cycle water is supposed to go into the tub and rinse off the clothes but that is not happening, there is just a long pause on the machine with a buzzing sound. I took the top cover off and found the water inlet valve as the culprit. Not electrical failure much mechanical. I am in the Caribbean so I had to fly the part to my Courier in Miami but the shipping A+++ 

I ordered the part Thursday and received it the next day! I replaced the part and the washer works great again. Very impressive and I will definitely order from Appliance Parts Pros next time! 

I did some research in various repair sites and concluded that it was the water valve. The other possibility was the control panel, but the washer was doing other action like the spin cycle. I changed the water valve, and the problem was solved. There are various sites showing how to do the job. It is easy.
