I first tried replacing the hoses and filters, still had the same issues, so I ordered the 2 to 3 filler valve. This is an exceptionally easy part to replace. Three screws to remove the top cover, the fill valve is right on top in the back, held in with two more screws. I do recommend taking a couple of pictures with your phone before you pull the valve. There are six electrical connectors and three hoses. I thought it was easier to remove the electrical connectors, then the screws holding in the valve, then the three hoses. Replace with the new part in reverse order.
My old valve had some sediment from city water on the cold side, but nothing I could see was really bad. The valve is essentially three solenoids and I think one or more of them weren’t opening completely.
The new valve runs its full fill cycles in about 1 3/4 minutes, much faster than before. No more codes or stoppages in the rinse cycles.
