Replaced Compressor Start Device for around $80. Works great now!! 

After a power failure the fridge would not start. Lights inside came on when door was opened. No lights were on at the door ice dispenser. I ordered a new mother board plus several other accessory parts just in case. When the new motherboard was installed the fridge worked perfectly. I saved the accessory parts just in case. 

How did I fix it? I lucked out and found your website, that's how. The burned out part has two electrical spades next to each other. I looked at several parts vendor's sites and the images they had of the replacement part only showed one spade. Calls and e-mails garnered a 'Duuuh'. Your site has additional images, one of which shows the second spade connector. To make things even better, you have a video explaining which wire to which spade. Holy Crappoly!! How lucky can a guy get? Whoever thought up your business model deserves a beer. 

I purchased a run capacitor and "Compressor start device" (relay) as well as a new main control board. Per the advice of the great folks at AppliancePartsPros, I replaced the two most likely culprits, the relay and capacitor. That did NOT fix the problem so I then installed the new main control board. And that fixed not only the cooling problem but the water and ice controls on the front of the freezer door! The fridge is running great again! Thank you! 

I just plugged the new one in and it came on. Your workers, especially Shelia, helped me well. I'm elderly and my brain is not working well these days. She was so patient. 

I got the overload relay and installed it back on. It's working great now.
