How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2635055 / WB32X10013 8 Inch Drip Pan

I bought new parts from your company and they fit and look fine. 

This company representative went back on microfiche to find the correct replacement parts for a cooktop in the home my son and his wife recently bought. The stove top was made in 1974. Parts made the stove look updated. 

Replaced old with new OEM. Looks and works great.

I replaced all four burners with new GE Drip pans, burners and rings so everything would be new. 

Tried to find replacement Surface Element and wiring but was unsuccessful due to oven being 46 yrs old. I chatted with Elizabeth and she asked her research team to see what they could do. They came up with the correct GE 8" Surface Element and 8" drip pan but not the receptacle with wiring kit but I found a universal one. Appliance Parts Pros shipped same day as I ordered! I ordered 2 8 inch drip pans and 4 6 inch drip pans. The descriptions said that they measured around 8 inches and 6 inches at their respective widest points. I found these descriptions to be inaccurate. I ended up having to trim all of them with aviation tin snips, which wasn't a big deal, but then had to smooth the rough edges to avoid getting cut when handling them. Also, the finish isn't mirror chrome, which would cost too much to manufacture. All in all, they look great and work fine. 

Replaced the parts. Easy to do. Makes it look like a new stove.
