How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3965155 / WH43X10034 Washer Agitator Assembly

Replaced the part 

I pulled agitator assembly from coupler then unscrewed coupler from washing machine. I replaced coupler then bolted it on. I lined up groves from coupler to agitator and put them together. Washing machine works fine. Took maybe 10 minutes. 

I pulled the broken unit out myself and installed the new unit myself, that easy! Thank you for the video tutorial that was available on your website!

Popped the old agitator off and popped the new one on - super easy fix! 

Replaced agitator and softener dispenser according to video on site. The harder part was getting the old agitator out because it was stuck. I bought straps but mine kept getting loose because they are too silky hence slippery. 

I watched the video so when I received the part it took me 60 seconds to replace. 

Changed agitator 

New agitator was so easy to install, inept and mechanically challenged couple that we are, installed it in less than 5 minutes. 

Plastic agitator broke on a 2-3 year old GE washer that cost $450. Ordered part on Friday, Fedex delivered on Saturday and washer fixed in less than 10 minutes on Sunday. Video was very useful that AppliancePartsPros provides.
