How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3965155 / WH43X10034 Washer Agitator Assembly

I easily found your company on the internet. Within 24 hours I had new one at my door. The video on the internet was excellent. I but a strap under the broken agitator, added very little pressure and it popped right off. Just like the video. THE PRICE, THE DELIVERY, THE EASE OF GETTING THE BROKEN ONE OFF, REMOVING THE COUPLER, PUTTING THE NEW ON ON A 10 YEAR COULD DO THE JOB. IT TOOK MAYBE 15 MINUTES. MANY THANKS 

Was quite simple and quick thanks to the "how to" video you supplied. 

Replaced with a new one. Pooped off just like it was supposed to. 

Ordered a new agitator. It came to me very quickly. Ordered on a Sunday and received it on Tuesday. Very easy to install. Just followed the video instructions and pulled straight up on the agitator and it popped right off. Pushed the new one in place, and voila! Repair took all of five minutes.

Pieces of a mattress cover got caught under the agitator. Ad the machine was spinning, the agitator came off the coupler. Both pieces were completely damaged. I thought it would cost a few hundred dollars to repair do I googled the issue and was relieved to find out how easy the problem was to fix. I watched the Appliance Pro YouTube video, ordered the parts and waited. The parts arrived on day two and it took less than five minutes to install the parts. Got a working machine for about 60.00, parts and shipping. I couldn't be happier.

I Googled a parts list for the model GE washer I have and got the part number of the agitator assembly. I located the part at Appliance Parts Pros and found it to be a genuine GE Part at almost half the cost of the same part on the GE website. I then You tubed and watched an installation video and ordered the part. The part came as advertised within 36 hours and I was able to take the ruined agitator out and replace it with the new one in less than 5 minutes, probably more like two minutes. The total fix cost me $44.00 and was fixed within two days of the original self destruction episode! Thanks! Reese
