First I replaced the agitator coupling; however, the agitator assembly became extremely loose when reinstalled. So I had to replace the agitator assembly as well. Now it all works. Read More... Pull up from the bottom and replace it by lining up the splines. No tools required. If too difficult, perhaps a strap under it will make it easier to pull up. Not necessary in my case. Read More...
