I ordered the front panel board, it arrived at noon the next day, I watched the video, installed it, and that did not fix it. Right away I called the tech support number, gave my model number, described the problem, and was told it was the control board in the back of the fridge that needed replacing. If I ordered it before 2:30 PM, I would get it the next day. So I ordered the part, watched the installation video, and installed it the next day at 3 o'clock when it arrived. Fridge started right away, and I was a hero. Sears appliances said they could send a technician in 2 weeks!
