My mother purchased a home at auction which she intends to restore for her retirement. The house was built in 1957, and came with a kitchen equipped with a 30-year-old GE oven. The oven appeared to function electrically, but it didn't heat. Doing a little research on AppliancePartsPros, I learned that a possible fix would be new heating elements. Miraculously, I found the exact elements required for this ancient oven. Working with the old oven wasn't the easiest job I ever did (it was difficult to reach the back of the oven over the open door), but technically, it was a breeze. Two screws, two wires for each element. The oven now heats perfectly.
For the price of two parts, my mother avoided having to purchase a new appliance! I will always come back to AppliancePartsPros when I need help with repairs.
