The issue was resolved by replacing the lid switch assembly. I did replace the capacitor first (which did not solve the problem, but I just left the new one installed). Then, upon replacing the lid switch the washer started agitating and spinning again. For those that need to replace their capacitor - this is a super simple fix. The lid switch replacement is also an easy fix - removing the lid assembly is the trickiest part. The day the part delivered was fantastic. Also, in both cases, repair videos on your site are excellent.
