Unfortunately, it turned out to be U.I board was what we needed. Chatted with APPros got RA for the control board and ordered User Interface Board. I received the new part 2 days later. After checking for and confirming ~13.5V on J722, I replaced the UI board. After replacement, the service LED was blinking seven times which indicated the CSM was tripped. Ended up being the User Interface board that was bad per book. Ended up not needing the lower board which I returned in an unopened box saving 130.00 or calling the GE repairman. Read More... Web searches for model GDF570SSJ0SS with that symptom resulted in mostly indications that the UI board required replacement. That is what I did. The main board underneath had a steady/rapid flashing light. Knowing there was power coming into the dishwasher, the UI board was suspected to be bad.
