As others have reported, if the Service Machine Control Board (at the bottom of the dishwasher above where the power connections are made) has a constant rapidly flashing green LED with no pauses, then the Control Board is functioning normally. Check the voltage with a digital multimeter on the connector at end of the cable for the UI Board (Operator Panel). Use small unbent paper clips to insert into the connector holes as probe leads (do NOT let them short together!). If the voltage between the yellow/blue and black/green wires are above 13VDC (mine was 13.18VDC), the cable to the operator panel is probably OK as well, which means, more than likely, you have a dead UI Board (Operator Panel). I ordered one for $82 from AppliancePartsPros and it fixed my dishwasher! I would also recommend buying a new Lower Door Gasket (P/N AP5980286) for $8 since yours will probably be cracked and falling apart. It just slides onto a channel at the inside bottom of the door. It takes less than a minute to replace and will keep your dishwasher from leaking at the bottom front. Good luck with your repair!!
