I watched the video on the site here, unclipped the clip behind the knob, and replaced the knob. It worked like a charm, spent less than 2 minutes exchanging the knob. I used a needle nose pliers.
One thing I didn’t like though was the shipping. I ordered my product on a Monday a little after noon, approximately 1 pm. The site clearly stated that ground shipments would ship that very day, and that a average delivery time of a ground shipment was 1.7 days. So that would have been fantastic, unfortunately for me I didn’t realize that when they say ships today what they really mean is create a ticket for shipment. Yes technically that starts the ball rolling, but my part sat in that state for 2 full days, and I didn’t get my part until Saturday. Which actually wouldn’t have been a big deal at all if they would have just been honest and upfront from the beginning. I ended up using a vise grip to turn my washer selector, which did the job, so other than the shipping it’s been a fine experience.
