How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP5986365 / WD35X21038 Lower Dishrack Roller Kit

Replaced the 8 rollers; took less than 5 minutes. Tine Clip is back ordered 

Replacing the wheels did not look that difficult so I googled my model and found the Appliancepartspros. They assisted me in finding the appropriate numbers in order to find the parts and the wheel kit was available. The kit contains all eight wheels for the bottom rack, and I replaced the two that fell off. Just a heads up, put the wheel on the axle before mounting it to the rack, it does not work the other way around! Now I have replacement wheels for the rest of the rack and future repairs. Bought the correct rollers and axle clips. No tools needed works like new.

As I did many times before, I went to Appiance Parts Pros. The had the exact part for a good price and it solved my issue. 

Snapped on a new one 

Check, cleaned and lubed the latch first. When I checked the interlock switches, both were non functional. Ordered parts, replaced them...dishwasher works. 

Replaced 15 year old wheels with new wheels at a cost of $16 and twenty minutes of work. 

Removed tray and inverted on flat surface then snapped off old/broken wheels and replaced with new. (First had to snap clips onto whells) 

The replacement parts were easy to install and the video on website was very helpful.
