I located the problem,(cracked drain hose) with model number, I ordered a new one. Upon receipt of new hose I needed to remove the attachment ring from the old one since one was not supplied with the new hose. I slipped the old ring off and applied it to the new hose. Very simply, slid the now hose into the back of the washer an fastened the two screws back onto the machine. You do not have to be very mechanically inclined to perform the replacement. I believe anyone could perform this replacement.
Note: I really think the hose should come with a new attachment ring, it is such a minimal cost item and the old one could be damaged or get damaged while removing and replacing.
