Originally replaced just the Drive Cup (twice) since that was recommended first step to try. The Auger had also shifted toward the front of the unit and actually pushed the shaft through the Auger Nut and bored a hole through the front of the crusher chamber. Since I'd never examined the mechanism BEFORE it was broken, I hadn't paid close attention to the other parts. When the Drive Cup failed again after a week, I decided to read more and ordered another Drive Cup, Plate Helix Lock and Auger Nut. NOW the auger is staying properly aligned and HOPEFULLY we're good for another 11 years of service from the dispenser.
Thanks to THIS WEBSITE I've saved HUNDREDs of dollars keeping my appliances in service.
