How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3792823 / WB15X10144 Handle Blk

Replaced the door handle. Ordered the part by oven model number, the part that arrived looked correct but wouldn't quite fit. The issue was door glass protruded into part of the frame opening provided for the handle. Not sure why that was but the solution was to trim about 1/8 inch from the handle insert since I could not trim the glass. Once that was done, parts assembled together perfectly. 

I took the door apart and replaced it. 

I went to You Tube and looked up the repair from Appliance Pros and followed the step by step repair. The video was accurate,easy and I had it repaired in 15 minutes.
