The end cap of the oven handle broke

Ordered the end cap, lifted off the oven door, took it apart and replaced the end cap. Cleaned the window and put it back together.

Just need the right tools for the screws Tourks (star screwdrivers). When ya take the 2 back screws off the front and the door will seperate from the back with 2 more screws called guide screws. Think some handles have it some don't. My end caps had to be bought seperate on my model. All in all not a bad job if your somewhat handy. Frankie D

Broken ge oven door handle end support stantions or standoffs

Order, via the Internet, two new handle standoff support units. Received within two days via FedEX Had to make one minor alteration to each unit by grinding off the pilot studs for which there was no holes in the oven door glass in which to fit. Beats the heck out of Epoxy.
