Ordered parts from Appliance parts pros, installed them, and the electric GE dryer that we bought for our first house in 2006 is back up and running like a champ. The only slightly difficult parts were getting the back drum bearing kit installed and bending the belt tensioner enough to get the belt on the motor shaft (didn't want to take off the side panel which would have made it much easier). On the back drum bearing, it is a two person job because one person can't hold the parts together both inside and outside the drum. Also, the new drum bearing bracket screw holes are not threaded and without my impact driver it would have been a much more difficult install.
