How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3777929 / WD35X10054 Middle Spray Arm Kit

Ordered the Middle Spray Arm Kit from AppliancePartsPros, delivered in two days, removed two screws, replaced the broken spray arm, and replaced with two new screws provided in the kit. Very easy and everything fits and works great - we're back in business in 15-20 mins. 

I replaced all the spray arms. The "Filter Fine Assembly" extrusion was improved to eliminate the washer rubber which deteriorated over time. Everything works fine and the dishes are now spotless. 

Decided to replace the fine filter assembly and along with it the lower and middle spray arm. I have tried cleaning these with a tiny brush and was able to remove some gunk out but they do not come a part so thought it best to just start with new. The filter and lower spray arm were easy to just take off and the new just fit right in. The middle spray arm part was a little different then the original. It comes with a new metal screw and washer and a plastic part that is attached to the bottom of the upper rack. You have to remove the old part that is held on by one screw and attach the new part so that the spray arm fits. Not sure why they would change it since the old set up seemed fine but you have to either take the whole upper basket off its track and out or try to work upside down. I opted to take the basket out by prying the plastic end pieces out of the track and sliding the basket out. It was an easy fix and now my dishes are clean with out a film and dirt residue left on them.

Ordered a replacement part and got it fixed in 3 minutes! Couldn't have been simpler. 

I replaced the spray arm with the one I bought from AppliancePartsPro.com. Easy peasy, and now the dishes come out clean. So much better than calling the repair person in.

Ordered parts from AppliancePartsPros and got a wrench to repair the arm. The hardest part of the repair was opening the plastic bags that held the parts. The repair took about 30 minutes from start finish. 

I followed the directions provided by Appliance Parts Pros's video, and I was able to fix the middle spray arm in 10 minutes. It worked like a charm! After I removed the old spray arm, I realized just how much deposit had built up inside the old spray arm. We were previously considering buying a new dishwasher altogether, but this 10 minute fix saved us hundreds of dollars. Honestly, I huge thank you to APP.
