How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4363671 / WB03K10265 Knob Assembly

I found the model and serial number on the left inside of the oven where the lower warming drawer pulls out. I ordered these knobs, and while expensive, these were way deeper discounted than my local appliance store was offering, by almost 50%. They arrived in one day, and I popped on the new knobs in minutes. I did clean the inside of the knob wells on the oven with a little WD40 before putting the new knobs on as there was dirt and corrosion around the joints. The new knobs are significantly heavier, and better quality. Overall an easy experience, and a relief to not get charged over $500 by my local appliance store for this simple remedy.

Even though I was able to turn it off quickly, the knob was pretty mangled and the stem was broken off. I was able to find the knob on Appliance Parts Pros and the price was considerably less than from GE directly. The knob was a perfect match and delivery was very quick.

I simply got the model number from inside the warming drawer of the oven and used the website to order the parts I need. 

Orded new knobs to replace these .The new ones are made out of metal which is a big upgrade! price was great. have too order two more to replace the two other knobs.The burner igniter was the wrong one but I'LL keep it as a spare I fixed the other igniter.The wire connection was messed up it is now working good!
