Watched the video first, and just followed the same procedure. Attaching the new hinge to the freezer body was a little difficult as it was necessary to align the holes on the door hinge and shim with the hinge inserted in the door. With a little movement and rearrangement it was possible to insert the two bolts that hold the hinge to the body of the frig, and then tighten down.
It takes a 5/16 inch socket to attach the parts to the door and the body. Did not have this size in my socket set and had to purchase a 6 point for a 3/8 inch drive.
With new parts on the freezer side, the freezer door sits higher than the door for the frig side. I suspect this is because the cam for the frig side was worn down. Doesn't matter as both sides close and seal tightly.
