Remove 2 screws from rear of fan housing, remove rear bracket and grommet, slide fan blade off fan with fingers, slide fan out of front bracket and grommet, then reverse order with new fan. Replaced compressor fan motor and cleaned the components. Now the fridge runs very quiet and kicks on less frequently. Very happy with the part replacement.
