How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2014008 / WB2X9154 Gas Range Oven Igniter

Replaced. 

Had to remove about 1/2 the lower oven panel to reach the two screws (not much clearance) holding the igniter. Once the igniter was replaced and wiring checked, it took about an hour to reassemble the bottom half. An extra set of hands would have drastically improved the project. Everything works fine. The project would have taken about 15 minutes if the screws holding the igniter were easier to access. 

My daughter who is a licensed electrician took over and completed the repair in 15 minutes. 

Replaced the igniter based on the trouble shooting video. 

Replaced it got my part on third day after order. Great Service ??

Easier fix but diagram with parts was not accurate and enclosed screws were not exact match for anchoring the ignitor to the flame bar. I used the old screws and had no issues. 

I waited for this part and the delivery was great. I was supposed to have this repair done by my home warranty but the service people had me waiting more than 4 days and then they ordered the wrong part. Your service was fast and I had the repair done in about an hour. I will use your svc again Thanks 

Searched by model number of stove. By reading common problems I figured out which part I needed. Ordered on Monday and had the part by Wednesday! I was a little nervous about installing it myself, but the tutorial link was very helpful and I gave it a go... only took a few minutes and my oven was back up and baking! 

Removed old igniter installed new unit. $70.00 repair instead of $700.00 new range. Worked out perfect.
