Turns out the igniter was burned out. I removed the door and lower pan of the oven, exposing the burner assembly with the attached igniter. Remove the bottom drawer and disconnect the old igniter wires. I had read previous stories that indicated that the igniter was hard to remove as the screws securing it to the burned assembly were underneath. It definitely seemed hard, but I realized that if you look underneath the oven area from the front (you have to remove the lower oven drawer to expose the wiring anyway) you can remove two screws that release the entire burner assembly, which can then be lifted out away from the oven. After it is out it is easy to remove the old igniter. Cut the custom connectors off from the old igniter near the igniter itself, and attach them to the new igniter using the provided ceramic wire nuts. Then feed the wires through the hole and replace the entire burner assembly, making sure it mates properly with the gas feeder tube, re-attaching all the screws you removed to free it. Then reconnect all of the wires below in the drawer space, and test the new igniter. When done replace the lower pan, drawer and door and you re done.
