Tony L Modesto , CA September 27, 2016 The dryer upper support and trap assy was cracked I ordered the parts and replaced them with the help of the video, however the teflon? pieces were missing on the new upper support so I pulled them off the old part. They were quite worn but will work for now till I get replacement pieces. The parts were shipped quickly and my wife was happy that I could fix the dryer right away.
