Replaced Trap Duct Assembly 

I could see the piece that was broken and catching on clothes ripping them. I looked on your website, I found the part, ordered it. The video on your website shows me how to replace the part. Videos made it very easy to perform the repairs. Now our dryer works like new. no longer eats my daughters clothes she's very happy! 

Watched the video, everything went as shown. 

SImple fix. Quick. Make sure you get a version of this part that has the sensors in it. I had to ask to get the right one. Otherwise fixed it all up nicely. Sensors now working as before and no need to use manual timing to get clothes top dry. 

Replaced the front aid duct assembly. It was quick and easy, repaired it on my lunch break. It works great and no more ruined, torn clothes with holes in them. 

I replaced the part after I found a YouTube video clearly showing the process. 

Took old one off and New one on in a matter of minutes. No Tools needed.
