How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3416049 / WB06X10420 Turntable Coupler

I googled youtube and it was that easy!!! My turntable was broken for at least eight years! I am kicking myself! I feel so good to have fixed something myself!!! 

Got a new turntable coupler and installed 

Replaced motor 

The coupler was broken so I ordered the part. It came quickly and took about a minute to install. Turntable works as before 

Bought a new part that was exactly the right fix. Installed it and she's working fine now! 

New microwave motor and coupler but the coupler was the true problem. Used the how-to video on this website and it was easy! 

Purchased the plastic piece that had broken from AppliancePartsPros.com and VOILA!! DONE!! 

Part cost less than two beers - no tools required removed broken piece and inserted new piece. Working perfectly.

I simply removed the turntable coupler and replaced it with a new one! The carousel turntable is now rotating as it did when I first purchased the microwave years ago. Totally happy because I did not need to buy a new microwave.
