How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2024962 / WB26X10038 Turntable Motor

Replaced the broken parts per your videos. 

I ordered the part from Appliance Parts and watched their video on how to replace it. It took about 15 minutes and the job was done. Kudos to Appliance Parts .com it was a pleasure dealing with them and I received the replacement part in 2 days. 

Replaced motor under bottom panel of Over the Range Microwave. Easy and simple replacement. 

I checked out the voltage at the motor ,it should be 21 volt ac , with the turn table in the on position it was telling me the motor was burnt out ,ordered a new motor online from Appliance Pros and had it up and running quicker than it took me to wright this.Tks 

Replaced the motor that turns the glass turntable. as easy aS CHANGING A LIGHT BULB.remove screws holding bottom cover on microwave ,there is a 21 volt motor with 2 wires attached to it .unplug, remove 2 screws that hold motor in place.if the shaft is "d"shaped, insert motor to line up shaft. turn motor to align screw holes,tighten screws,plug in motor,replace bottom cover ,and your done 

Bought a new motor and installed. 

Ordered the new part, it was to us in a couple of days, There was a video on the appliance parts web site with step by step instructions. Wa-la! Fixed!! Thanks! 

I watched video, ordered the part and replaced the motor. 

Piece of cake. I watched the video, ordered the part, and performed a ten minute installation. after the part arrived. All I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. Very happy wife and a really happy customer. Thanks guys.You do good work!
