How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2024962 / WB26X10038 Microwave Turntable Motor

When I researched the problem, I came across Appliance Parts Pro. I was not sure on how to fix the problem, and a video on the website showed how easy it was. 

Took screws out of bottom cover and lowered then removed two wires and two screws on motor,installed new motor and works fine. May be fifteen minutes to complete job. 

I found directions on you tube to replace the motor, I then ordered the part which arrived the next day. I installed the motor and it worked like a charm, very satisfied, saved. Money by doing it mysel . 

Ordered new part and followed directions to do the simple repair. 

I watched the video on how to fix it and ordered the part. It was so easy to do I was amazed. I saved the cost of the service call of a repair person. 

Replaced the turntable motor. It was SO simple. I had to remove a few screws from the bottom of the unit, the bottom dropped down and I unplugged the old unit. The new one popped right in and I had the unit put back together in minutes. I would have paid WAY MORE to have a repair person come and do this. So glad I researched the issue and found the parts here. 

Ordered part from Appliance Parts Pros, cheaper than GE wanted and followed repair video and it works like a charm. Shipping was fast and I would and will recommend this site to anyone who needs repair
