I took a different approach since I had two identical ovens. We have been overusing the top oven and not using the bottom at all so when the top started performing poorly it certainly was not a 911, just shifted to the bottom unit. Now as it gets closer to Christmas we have a "Pizza baking" contest for the kids so I wanted to get a head start and fix the top unit so I ordered ALL the working parts so I knew I had to get the right part and since the oven was 10 years old I had to hit on the defective part.
Besides that, I could keep the old parts and maybe someday replace a part on the other one.
Anyway, it went perfect. Thanks to YouTube, the video used by the company was not useful in my case.
Finally arrived in exactly 2 days and the next day installed with any issues. Wife thinks I am talented, just You Tube not me.
