My 19 year old washer would not agitate. I am a retired woman, not too mechanical but I know how to go online and read or view videos. I am willing to give it a try first and ask for help if needed. A special thank you to all the men who posted video's online--you are the BEST!!! I removed the agitator and could see the agitator coupler was worn down, it's a hard plastic part that sits on a metal gear. I ordered the part. (please note that I had ordered from this company before and appreciated their fast service and extensive parts inventory.) The part came in within a few days and I replaced the part in less than 5 minutes. Washer working great!
