Ordered two new bearings and a seal, followed the video, put all screws in ziplock bags, used sharpie to number bags according to steps with a brief description on another paper. Power tools helped, some rusted screws at base took a drill bit the size to the screw head to drill off.
3 hours to take apart, 1hr clean all dirt grime found.
What came up not in video is bearing was in pieces and inner bearing was molded to bearing shaft.
1hr to just tap off broken bearing with a steel and wood as lever and a heavy hammer.
A good steel punch and hammer with a lot of force while taping out bearings, and
taping them in care fully. Most tools have a soft steel that just bent under the force of tapping.
Old screw driver made of harden steel worked for me.
Also shaft needed to be pulled into the bearing using washers and stator housing nut ,
then the stator housing help pull the bearing shaft more as it cannot be done just by
pushing the drum into the seal and bearings.
