I fellow the directions from the video and everything went smoothly, except at the end. It is not easy getting the bearings off, It tooks me two days with the help of penetrating oil overnight. I have to hit very hard with sledge hammer directly at the metal pointer from spider arm, using the wood does not work. That was the only way and then I ran into to another problem once the tub was removed, the nuts did not want to come out from spider arm. When I turns it just spin, even though I used a flat head screw driver to push the nuts up. The bearings is also very difficult to remove, I have to use lots of penetrating oil overnight for two night and a lot of hitting. I was not lucky, all the parts were corroded and stuck together very well. I have to order a new tub with spider and cost me more money. Now everything works fine. It is not easy as it looks, unless there is no corrosion with your machine. As someone pointed out before me, it is a lot easy to use a rope to pull the outside rings instead of pliers.
