Read about what the problem might be and after a call to one of your pros decided that the bearing was bad. Your company was excellent with response and information. We were able to completely disassemble the LG front loader and replace about 3 other parts using your videos. It took most of the day as we cleaned and repainted parts of the inside of the machine, but now it looks and performs as a new machine. The repairs cost less than $200 and re made new a $1,000 LG washing machine. We live in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH and the parts were at our front door two days after we placed the order.
