Robert S Fayetteville , TN March 17, 2020 Appliance: Model LG DLE5977W Lg front load dryer noisy no (or low) heat Noisy - replaced the 2 front rollers ($60). No (or low) heat - replaced all of the parts that appliancepartspros recommended - 1 thermister and 3 thermostats ($50). Probably didn't need all these parts but since the dryer was already disassembled and cost of the parts was cheap, better replace them all now. The video on how to take the dryer apart was excellent and the entire repair operation was very simple based on the outstanding directions provided by appliancepartspros.com. I highly recommend them for all your appliance repair. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Pliers, Screwdrivers, Socket Set

There was a video on appliancepartspros.com that made the job quite easy. I completed in about an hour, and the dryer works great again. The only tool necessary was one Phillips head screwdriver. Mark G Nixa , MO June 30, 2019 Did not show any error code dryer was not getting hot. I replaced both the high limit switch and thermistor. I could not install the thermostat because the original thermostat. had three prongs and the new only had two. Luckily I didn’t need it. Although with a piggyback type connector it can be installed considering two of the wires go on the same side terminal. Still I’ll hold on to it. Read More...
