I tried many times taking it apart, pulling all the connections to get it to reset itself. And that worked off & on for 6 months until I was ready to junk this model. After heading back to my computer for some assistance on what to do next, the posts I was reading lead me to this "microwave saving" website. I tried that with no luck. My local appliance store would not sell me the parts, they were more interested in me buying a new model.
