William C Sebastopol , CA June 15, 2016 I had to replace a poorly manufactured dryer drum I purchased the replacement part here for less than listed anywhere else (including shipping). I then followed a youtube video from the repairclinic (if I recall correctly). The repair took about an hour and would've cost around $300 in labor alone for a technician to come over and do it. Ordered a new drum on Friday afternoon and was at my door on Wednesday. The drum came packed well and no damage, I was worried that a big part would have problems getting shipped without damage, but got here just fine.
