How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4335223 / DA97-02203H Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly

Ordered the replacement IceMaker from ApplianceParts. Took it out of the box, and looked it over, and confirmed that it is only 2 screws (phillips head) that had to be removed from the old IceMaker. Then un-snaped the electrical connection, and installed the new IceMaker within 10 minutes. Very easy...and quite a cost from having a tech come out! Our new self-installed IceMaker is pumping out the ice, and every time I hear it dump ice...I smile, and say "That was easy!" 

I ordered a new value and internal unit. Took only 1/2 hr to install both and within a couple of hours we had ice again. 

Bought new one for $85 and installed it in five minutes. Beautiful.

Replaced ice maker. Great, quick service. Have used this company previously. Will continue to use them. 

Ordered new ice maker assembly. Removed two screws and unplugged wire connector, replaced, works great. 

I had to replace the water valve and the ice maker assembly. It was so easy and having Appliance Parts Pros "how to videos" on youtube made it so easy and shows us that we can do it ourselves and save money! 

I probably only needed a water valve but went ahead and replaced the ice maker as well to be done with it. Works great now
